Cooking up an internal session and a BAK team lunch, around Zero Waste practices, Sustainability, Fermentation and accessible dining.

Jelien and her collaborative chef Jelmer, will be hosting a team lunch in collaboration with the b.a.k. on the 16th of April.

"We're currently working on an extensive recipe book for Jelien's graduation project, which aims to provide a practical and user-friendly guide for incorporating zero waste and sustainable (food) practices into your kitchen. We reached out to the Basic Activist Kitchen because we believe their feedback and insights would greatly enhance the topics and recipes featured in our book.”
