Out of love for flavors, a strong DIY mentality, averse to conventions and with a warm heart for traditions, Boot 122 is a combination of hospitality and brewery/experimental lab, based in Utrecht at the Nijverheid, a creative free port in the Werkspoorkwartier.

BOOT122 is a place where you can see how a beer, a soft drink or a distillate is made, and thus gain insight into the artisanal process that forms the production and can enjoy the result of that process on the spot.
