Feministas en Holanda
Feminstias en Holanda are a group of migrant women and gender-diverse people from Abya Yala (Latin America and the Caribbean) living in the Netherlands. Together, they raise their voices against colonial patriarchal violence, whether it is gender-based violence here in the Netherlands or the militarization of our lives and territories elsewhere. During the year, they organize the decolonial block at the 8M women’s march in Amsterdam, they bring workshops with activists and artists from Abya Yala, they organize public gatherings and vigilias to bring people together around current struggles that still affect women, queer and trans people in the Netherlands, in Abya Yala, and everywhere: femicide, the fight for abortion rights, and how these intersect with the continous struggle for the autonomy of our territories.
